Policies & Guidelines
Our policies are designed to ensure a positive experience for every student while allowing us to provide consistent, high-quality programming throughout the year.
Registration & Tuition Policies
All students must complete registration and submit the required registration fee before participating in classes.
Tuition reserves a student’s place in class and is charged based on enrollment rather than attendance.

Tuition payments are due according to the selected payment plan.
- Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
- Late payments may incur a late fee.
- Accounts with outstanding balances may be restricted from participating in classes, performances, or events until payment is received.
Families are responsible for ensuring payment information remains current and valid.
Makeup Policy
- Missed classes due to personal vacations, scheduling conflicts, or voluntary absences are not eligible for tuition refunds.
- When Shakti cancels a class due to weather, facility closures, or instructor emergencies, a dedicated make-up class, virtual option, or alternate accommodation may be provided whenever possible.
- In case of cancellation by management, Families will be notified through email, text message, or the student portal as early as possible.
Non-Refundable Policy
- All registration fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition and membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes, absences, vacations, or scheduling conflicts.
